Beautiful offshore conditions this weekend with Saturday being a bit smaller than Sunday. Both should be great options especially in the morning on the higher tide.

Saturday 12th April
Swell - 1.2m (3-4ft)
Wind - 10 - 13knts South East (offshore)
High Tide - 9.14am
Low Tide - 3.28pm
Amazing looking conditions for learning to surf on Saturday with a smallish swell and good learner banks on the mid tide.
Beginners - The mid tide has been really fun for beginners recently so anytime from first light until 1pm should have nice whitewaters with the odd reform for progressing.
Look Out!! The lower tide 2pm - 5pm will likely be the hardest time to learn.
Advanced Beginners - High tide is the best option, 7am - 10am being my pick. If you're confident the lower tide could be good for paddling out the back if it's small enough.
Look Out!! If you're heading out the back for the first time remember to use your surf etiquette.
Intermediates - There should be some really fun ones, Anytime in the morning should be best just incase the wind comes up a little more from the south in the arvo.
Look Out!! Use your surf etiquette
Sunday 13th April
Swell - 1.7 - 1.9m (4 - 6ft)
Wind - 10 - 12knts East (offshore)
High Tide - 9.46am
Low Tide - 3.58pm
With the swell filling in on Sunday, beginner and advanced beginner surfers will be in the reform. This means coming out in the morning while the tide is still higher will be super important.
Beginners - Expect really nice waves in the morning, 7am - 1pm will be best.
Look Out!! The offshore breeze makes it extra important to cover your head on wipeouts.
Advanced Beginners - Look for the high tide for some reforms. 8am - 12pm should be best!
Look Out!! Avoid the low tide in the arvo.
Intermediates - If you're super confident there should be some waves out the back on high tide. The reform will be fun too!
Look Out!! Low tide might be too gnarly.
